A new low!

And I mean that in the best sort of way. As of this morning, I’ve lost 45 pounds and am at my lowest weight in 20 years. I am close to having lost the baby weight too. (Yes my kid is almost 20 years old!)

I am asking myself the question what next? I think I have to focus on maintenance soon. Still have 19 pounds to lose but there it is. Who knows how long these 19 pounds will hang on?

I’m fixin to find out.

Bought a pair of shorts that are size 10 and very comfortable in that 10. I cannot say this enough: this is new, foreign territory.

Going on a European trip in a few days and I’m just not certain how I will handle food. Maybe I make a plan every day? Start a totally new food journal? I don’t know, but that sounds like the best idea I’ave had today. 🙂

Right now, tho I have to go stretch and get ready for my workout. So sleepy, woke up before 6am……
