to Onederland! I’m beginning to understand that it’s not really a big deal because I still have more weight to lose. That said, I’m also closer to losing the baby weight π
The last time I was here (201.2), it was the summer of 2019. Can’t believe it’s. been almost 4 years since I was the size I am now. I’m sporting size 12 jeans that I kept from that time, and I will likely need smaller jeans before we head to Europe. Can’t believe it!
The latest change I’ve made is that I’m planning my meals every day. Sometimes I do it the night before. I want to get in the habit of doing it in the morning. Today, for example, I really didn’t need all the food I had planned. I’m perfectly fine with what I did eat, which wasn’t every bite of either meal.
I’m considering gifting myself a membership to No BS weight loss once I get in the 100s. I know that once I hit my goal (currently 175) I’m going to have to learn how to maintain. I sense that it will be a challenge, but it’s one that I’m hoping to embark on before the end of 2023.
2023 is my year.
I’m learning how to eat the foods that I love (chocolate for one) sensibly. The next challenge is eating ice cream without fear. That’s a challenge I’ll start once I get into the 100s. I’m ready!!
