Begin Again

Not from square one, but I’m no longer on vacation so I’m not eating much (if any) bread, not having two cocktails with dinner, feeling hungry all the time.

I’m working at mitigating the damage of gaining a pound…drinking tea instead of cocktails, more water, more salad, just normal stuff.

All that said, I had such a good time that I’m willing to take the hit!

This morning, at my daily weigh-in, I hit 20 pound loss! I wore a coat I haven’t been able to wear for 3 years, I’m becoming more comfortable looking at myself in the mirror at the gym (used to avoid at all costs) and I’m generally having a great day!
