Ok so that’s a throwback to the 70s when there was a commercial with a jingle with the words “V D is for everybody not just one or two”

Haha sorry for the trip down kitschy (and a little disturbing) lane!

My relationship with Valentines Day has been…complicated over the years. Until I met my now-husband that day was pretty depressing. Always seemed like I wasn’t dating anyone on Valentine’s Day!

Now my daughter is experiencing something similar.

Back to today…I’m preparing for a trip to visit my stepdaughter in the islands end of next week. Trying to see how much weight I can lose before we go. Nothing crazy, just sticking to the plan and not drinking or eating too much. Funny when there’s something to motivate me, I’m more likely to stick to it.

Meanwhile, very busy with many different projects that require a lot of attention so there I am.
